* Booking : Sessions can be booked through our website, via phone, or email. A confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
* Payment : Payment for services must be made upon receiving the invoice. Acceptable forms of payment will be listed on the invoice provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full cost of the scheduled session.
5. Health and Safety
Prior to your session, please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your experience. Myo-Revival is not liable for any injuries resulting from failure to disclose such information.
6. Therapist Conduct
Our therapists are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful environment. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
7. Liability Limitation
Myo-Revival carries liability insurance; nonetheless, we are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during or after a massage session unless due to gross negligence on our part.
8. Privacy Policy
All personal information provided to Myo-Revival will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
